Yahuah Thalyamydim "Natsarim"

Being Set apart with Yahuah in your heart Part 1

But set apart יהוה Elohim in your hearts, and always be ready to give an answer to everyone asking you a reason concerning the expectation that is in you, with meekness and fear,  having a good conscience, so that when they speak against you as doers of evil, those who falsely accuse your good behaviour in Messiah, shall be ashamed.  For it is better, if it is the desire of Elohim, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil. Because even Messiah once suffered for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to Elohim, having been put to death indeed in flesh but made alive in the Spirit, . So then, as through one trespass there resulted condemnation to all men, so also through one righteous act there resulted righteous-declaring of life to all men.  For as through the disobedience of one man many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the One many shall be made righteous. And the Torah came in beside, so that the trespass would increase. But where sin increased, favour increased still more,  so that as sin did reign in death, even so favour might reign through righteousness to everlasting life through יהושע Messiah our Master.  in which also He went and proclaimed unto the spirits in prison,  who were disobedient at one time when the patience of Elohim waited in the days of Noaḥ, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight beings, were saved through water,  which figure now also saves us: immersion – not a putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward Elohim – through the resurrection of יהושע Messiah,  who, having gone into heaven, is at the right hand of Elohim, messengers and authorities and powers having been subjected to Him. יהושע answered them, “Is it not written in your own Torah, ‘I said, “You are elohim” ’?  “If He called them elohim, to whom the word of Elohim came – and it is impossible for the Scripture to be broken – do you say of Him whom the Father set apart and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of Elohim’? “If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me;  but if I do, though you do not believe Me, believe the works, so that you know and believe that the Father is in Me, and I in Him.”  Therefore they were seeking again to seize Him, but He went forth out of their hand,  and went once more to the other side of the Yardĕn to the place where Yoḥanan was immersing at first, and there He stayed. And many came to Him and said, “Yoḥanan indeed did no sign, yet all that Yoḥanan said about this Man was true.”  “It has been written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of יהוה.’ ” You search the Scriptures, because you think you possess everlasting life in them. And these are the ones that bear witness of Me.  “But you do not desire to come to Me in order to possess life.  “I do not receive esteem from men,  but I know you, that you do not have the love of Elohim in you.  “I have come in My Father’s Name and you do not receive Me, if another comes in his own name, him you would receive “These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all have to be filled that were written in the Torah of Mosheh and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me.”  Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures,  and said to them, “Thus it has been written, and so it was necessary for the Messiah to suffer and to rise again from the dead the third day,  and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in His Name to all nations, beginning at Yerushalayim.  “And you are witnesses of these matters.  “And see, I am sending the Promise of My Father upon you, but you are to remain until you are clothed with power from on high.”  And He led them out  and lifting up His hands He blessed them.  And it came to be, while He was blessing them, that He was parted from them and was taken up into the heaven. And they, having bowed down to Him, and were continually in the Set-apart Place praising and blessing Elohim.  stay in what you have learned and trusted, having known from whom you have learned,  and that from a babe you have known the Set-apart Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for deliverance through belief in Messiah יהושע.  All Scripture is breathed by Elohim and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for setting straight, for instruction in righteousness,  that the man of Elohim might be fitted, equipped for every good work. For יהוה spoke thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying, “Do not say, ‘A conspiracy,’ concerning all that this people call a conspiracy, nor be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled. “יהוה of hosts, Him you shall set apart. Let Him be your fear, and let Him be your dread. “And He shall be for a set-apart place, but a stone of stumbling and a rock that makes for falling to both the houses of Yisra’ĕl,  “And many among them shall stumble and fall, and be broken and snared and taken.” Bind up the witness, seal the Torah among my taught ones.  And I shall wait on יהוה, who hides His face from the house of Yaʽaqoḇ. And I shall look for Him.  Look, I and the children whom יהוה has given me – for signs and wonders in Yisra’ĕl from יהוה of hosts, who dwells in Mount Tsiyon. And when they say to you, “Seek those who are mediums and wizards, who whisper and mutter,” should not a people seek their Elohim? Should they seek the dead on behalf of the living?  To the Torah and to the witness! If they do not speak according to this Word, it is because they have no daybreak And they shall pass through it hard pressed and hungry. And it shall be, when they are hungry, that they shall be wroth and curse their sovereign and their Elohim, looking upward.  And they shall look to the earth and see distress and darkness, gloom of hard times, and be driven into thick darkness. who received the word with great eagerness, and searched the Scriptures daily, if these words were so. Hear, O Yisra’ĕl: יהוה our Elohim, יהוה is one!  “And you shall love יהוה your Elohim with all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your might. “And these Words which I am commanding you today shall be in your heart,  and you shall impress them upon your children, and shall speak of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up,  and shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.  “And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.– be on guard, lest you forget יהוה who brought you out of the land of Mitsrayim, from the house of bondage. “Fear יהוה your Elohim and serve Him, and swear by His Name. “Do not go after other mighty ones, the mighty ones of the peoples who are all around you, or יהוה your Elohim is a jealous Ěl in your midst, lest the displeasure of יהוה your Elohim burn against you, then He shall destroy you from the face of the earth.  “Do not try יהוה your Elohim as you tried Him in Massah. “Diligently guard the commands of יהוה your Elohim, and His witnesses, and His laws which He has commanded you. “And you shall do what is right and good in the eyes of יהוה, that it might be well with you, and you shall go in and possess the good land of which יהוה swore to your fathers,  to drive out all your enemies from before you, as יהוה has spoken.  “When your son asks you in time to come, saying, ‘What is the meaning of the witnesses, and the laws, and the right-rulings which יהוה our Elohim has commanded you? then you shall say to your son, ‘We were slaves of Pharaoh in Mitsrayim, and יהוה brought us out of Mitsrayim with a strong hand,  and יהוה sent signs and wonders, great and grievous, upon Mitsrayim, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his household, before our eyes.  ‘And He brought us out from there, to bring us in, to give us the land of which He swore to our fathers.  ‘And יהוה commanded us to do all these laws, to fear יהוה our Elohim, for our good always, to keep us alive, as it is today.  ‘And it is righteousness for us when we guard to do all this command before יהוה our Elohim, as He has commanded us.’ Then יהושע said to him, “Go, Satan! For it has been written, ‘You shall worship יהוה your Elohim, and Him alone you shall serve So then,  we know that an idol is no matter at all in the world, and that there is no other Elohim but one.  For even if there are so-called mighty ones, whether in heaven or on earth – as there are many mighty ones and many masters –  for us there is one Elohim, the Father, from whom all came and for whom we live, and one Master יהושע Messiah, through whom all came and through whom we live “These words I have spoken to you, so that you do not stumble. “They shall put you out of the congregations, but an hour is coming when everyone who kills you shall think he is rendering service to Elohim. “And this they shall do to you because they did not know the Father, nor Me.  “But I have said these words to you, so that when the hour comes you remember that I told them to you. And these words I did not say to you at the beginning, for I was with you.  “But now I go away to Him who sent Me, and not one of you asks Me, ‘Where are You going?’ “But because I have said these words to you, grief has filled your heart.  “But I say the truth to you. It is better for you that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper shall not come to you at all, but if I go, I shall send Him to you.  “And having come, He shall reprove the world concerning sin, and concerning righteousness, and concerning judgment  concerning sin because they do not believe in Me,  concerning righteousness because I go to My Father and you see Me no more, concerning judgment because the ruler of this world1 is judged.“I still have many words to say to you, but you are not able to bear them now. “But when He comes, the Spirit of the Truth, He shall guide you into all the truth. For He shall not speak from Himself, but whatever He hears He shall speak, and He shall announce to you what is to come. “He shall esteem Me, for He shall take of what is Mine and announce it to you.  “All that the Father has is Mine. That is why I said that He takes from what is Mine and announces it to you.  “A little while, and you do not see Me, and again a little while, and you shall see Me.” Therefore some of His taught ones said to one another, “What is this that He says to us, ‘A little while, and you do not see Me, and again a little while, and you shall see Me,’ and, ‘because I am going to the Father’?” So they said, “What is this that He says, ‘A little while’? We do not know what He is saying.”  יהושע, therefore, knew that they were wishing to ask Him, and He said to them, “Are you asking one another about what I said, ‘A little while, and you do not see Me, and again a little while, and you shall see Me’?  “Truly, truly, I say to you that you shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice. And you shall be grieved, but your grief shall become joy.  “The woman has grief when she is in labour, because her hour has come, but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the affliction, for joy that a man was born into the world. “And you, therefore, have grief now, but I shall see you again and your heart shall rejoice, and no one takes your joy away from you.  “And in that day you shall ask Me none at all. Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My Name He shall give you. “Until now you have asked naught in My Name. Ask, and you shall receive, in order that your joy might be complete. “These words I have spoken to you in figures of speech, but an hour is coming when I shall no longer speak to you in figures of speech, but I shall declare the Father plainly to you. “In that day you shall ask in My Name, and I do not say to you that I shall pray the Father on your behalf, for the Father Himself does love you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that I came forth from Elohim. “I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father.”  His taught ones said to Him, “See, now You are speaking plainly, and not using figure of speech!  “Now we know that You know all, and have no need that anyone should question You. By this we believe that You came forth from Elohim.”  יהושע answered them, “Do you now believe?  “See, an hour is coming, and has now come, that you are scattered, each to his own, and leave Me alone. Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me.  “These words I have spoken to you, that in Me you might have peace. In the world you have pressure, but take courage, I have overcome the world.”Bĕyth Leḥem Ephrathah, you who  out of you shall come forth to Me the One to become Ruler in Yisra’ĕl. And His comings forth1 are of old, from everlasting.”Therefore He shall give them up, until the time that she who is in labour has given birth, and the remnant of His brothers return to the children of Yisra’ĕl.  And He shall stand and shepherd in the strength of יהוה, in the excellency of the Name of יהוה His Elohim. And they shall dwell, for at that time He shall be great, to the ends of the earth. “As a shepherd seeks out his flock on the day he is among his scattered sheep, so I shall seek out My sheep and deliver them from all the places where they were scattered in a day of cloud and thick darkness. “And I shall bring them out from the peoples and gather them from the lands, and shall bring them to their own land. And I shall feed them on the mountains of Yisra’ĕl, in the valleys, and in all the dwellings of the land.  “In good pasture I shall feed them, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Yisra’ĕl. They shall lie there in a good fold and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Yisra’ĕl. “I shall feed My flock and make them lie down,” declares the Master יהוה.  “I shall seek out the lost and bring back the strayed. And I shall bind up the broken and strengthen what was sick, but the fat and the strong I shall destroy. I shall feed them with right-ruling.” .And this shall be peace. “And this is everlasting life, that they should know You, the only true Elohim, and יהושע Messiah whom You have sent. “I have esteemed You on the earth, having accomplished the work You have given Me that I should do. “And now, esteem Me with Yourself, Father, with the esteem which I had with You before the world was. “I have revealed Your Name to the men whom You gave Me out of the world. They were Yours, and You gave them to Me, and they have guarded Your Word. I give You thanks with all my heart; Before the mighty ones I sing praises to You.I bow myself toward Your set-apart Hĕḵal, And give thanks to Your Name For Your kindness and for Your truth; For You have made great Your Word, Your Name, above all.On the day I called You did answer me, You made me bold with strength in my being. Let all the sovereigns of the earth Give thanks to You, O יהוה, When they shall hear the words of Your mouth. And let them sing of the ways of יהוה, For great is the esteem of יהוה. Though יהוה is exalted, He looks on the humble; But the proud He perceives from a distance. Though I walk in the midst of distress, You revive me; You stretch out Your hand Against the wrath of my enemies, And Your right hand saves me. יהוה does perfect for me. O יהוה, Your kindness is everlasting. Do not forsake the works of Your hands  Now they have come to know that all You gave to Me, is from You.  “Because the Words which You gave to Me, I have given to them. And they have received them, and have truly known that I came forth from You, and they believed that You sent Me. “I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours.  “And all Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine, and I have been esteemed in them. “And I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Set-apart Father, guard them in Your Name which You have given Me, so that they might be one,as We are.  “When I was with them in the world, I was guarding them in Your Name which You have given Me, and I watched over them, and not one of them perished except the son of destruction, that the Scripture might be filled.  “And now I come to You. And I speak these words in the world, so that they have My joy completed in them.  “I have given them Your Word, and the world hated them because they are not of the world, as I am not of the world. I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You keep them from the wicked one.“They are not of the world, as I am not of the world.  “Set them apart in Your truth – Your Word is truth Your righteousness is righteousness forever, And Your Torah is truth. Distress and anguish have found me; Your commands are my delight. The righteousness of Your witnesses is forever; Make me understand, that I might live I have called with all my heart; Answer me, O יהוה! I observe Your laws. I have called upon You; Save me, that I might guard Your witnesses. I rise before dawn, and cry for help; I have waited for Your word. My eyes have gone before the night watches, To study Your word.Hear my voice according to Your kindness; O יהוה, revive me according to Your right-ruling. Those who pursue mischief have drawn near; They have been far from Your Torah. You are near, O יהוה, And all Your commands are truth. Of old I have known Your witnesses, That You have founded them forever. See my affliction and deliver me, For I have not forgotten Your Torah. Plead my cause and redeem me; Revive me according to Your word Deliverance is far from the wrong ones, For they have not sought Your laws Your compassions are many, O יהוה; Revive me according to Your right-rulings My persecutors and adversaries are many; I have not turned aside from Your witnesses. I saw traitors and was grieved, Because they did not guard Your word.See how I have loved Your orders, יהוה, revive me according to Your kindness. The sum of Your word is truth, And all Your righteous right-rulings are forever. Rulers have persecuted me without a cause, But at Your word my heart stood in awe. I rejoice at Your word As one who finds great treasure.I have hated falsehood and loathe it, Your Torah I have loved. I have praised You seven times a day, Because of Your righteous right-rulings. Great peace have those loving Your Torah, And for them there is no stumbling-block. יהוה, I have waited for Your deliverance, And I have done Your commands. My being has guarded Your witnesses, And I love them exceedingly. I have guarded Your orders and Your witnesses, For all my ways are before You. My cry comes before You, O יהוה; Make me understand according to Your word. Let my prayer come before You; Deliver me according to Your word.My lips pour forth praise, For You teach me Your laws. My tongue sings of Your word, For all Your commands are righteousness. Your hand is a help to me, For I have chosen Your orders. I have longed for Your deliverance, O יהוה, And Your Torah is my delight. My being lives, and it praises You; And Your right-rulings help me.I have strayed like a lost sheep; Seek Your servant, For I have not forgotten Your commands. “As You sent Me into the world, I also sent them into the world.  “And for them I set Myself apart, so that they too might be set apart in truth.  “And I do not pray for these alone, but also for those believing in Me through their word,  so that they all might be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You, so that they too might be one in Us, so that the world might believe that You have sent Me.  “And the esteem which You gave Me I have given them, so that they might be one as We are one,  “I in them, and You in Me, so that they might be perfected into one, so that the world knows that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.  “Father, I desire that those whom You have given Me, might be with Me where I am, so that they see My esteem which You have given Me, because You loved Me before the foundation of the world. “O righteous Father, indeed the world did not know You, but I knew You, and these knew that You sent Me.  “And I have made Your Name known to them, and shall make it known,1so that the love with which You loved Me might be in them, and I in them. I make known Your Name to My brothers; In the midst of the assembly I praise You. saying, “I shall announce Your Name to My brothers, in the midst of the congregation I shall sing praise to You.”  And again, “I shall put My trust in Him.” And again, “See, I and the children whom Elohim gave Me.” Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself similarly shared in the same, so that by means of His death He might destroy him having the power of death, that is, the devil, and deliver those who throughout life were held in slavery by fear of death. For, doubtless, He does not take hold of messengers, but He does take hold of the seed of Aḇraham. So in every way He had to be made like His brothers, in order to become a compassionate and trustworthy High Priest in matters related to Elohim, to make atonement for the sins of the people.  For in what He had suffered, Himself being tried, He is able to help those who are tried. For, let this mind be in you which was also in Messiah יהושע, who, being in the form of Elohim, did not regard equality with Elohim a matter to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a servant, and came to be in the likeness of men.  And having been found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient unto death, death even of a stake. Elohim, therefore, has highly exalted Him and given Him the Name which is above every name, that at the Name of יהושע every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,  and every tongue should confess that יהושע Messiah is Master, to the esteem of Elohim the Father. And last of all He was seen by me also, as if to one born prematurely.  For I am the least of the emissaries, who am not worthy to be called an emissary, because I persecuted the assembly of Elohim. But by the favour of Elohim I am what I am, and His favour toward me was not in vain, but I laboured much more than they all, yet not I, but the favour of Elohim with me.  Whether, then, it was I or they, so we proclaimed and so you believed.  And if Messiah is proclaimed that He has been raised from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?  And if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Messiah has not been raised.  And if Messiah has not been raised, then our proclaiming is empty, and your belief also empty,  and we are also found false witnesses of Elohim, because we have witnessed of Elohim that He raised up Messiah, whom He did not raise up, if then the dead are not raised.  For if the dead are not raised, then neither Messiah has been raised. And if Messiah has not been raised, your belief is to no purpose, you are still in your sins! Then also those who have fallen asleep in Messiah have perished.  If in this life only we have expectation in Messiah, we are of all men the most wretched.  But now Messiah has been raised from the dead, and has become the first-fruit of those having fallen asleep. For since death is through a man, resurrection of the dead is also through a Man. For as all die in Aḏam, so also all shall be made alive in Messiah . And each in his own order: Messiah the first-fruits, then those who are of Messiah at His coming,  then the end, when He delivers up the reign to Elohim the Father, when He has brought to naught all rule and all authority and power. For He has to reign until He has put all enemies under His feet. The last enemy to be brought to naught is death. For “He has put all under His feet.” But when He says “all are put under Him,” it is clear that He who put all under Him is excepted.  And when all are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself shall also be subject to Him who put all under Him, in order that Elohim be all in all.  Otherwise, what shall they do who are immersed for the dead, if the dead are not raised at all? Why indeed are they immersed for the dead?  And why do we stand in danger every hour?  I affirm, by the boasting in you which I have in Messiah יהושע our Master, I die day by day.  If, as men do, I have fought with beasts at Ephesos, of what good is it to me? If the dead are not raised, “Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.”  Do not be led astray, “Evil company corrupts good habits.”  Wake up to soberness, righteously, and do not sin, for some do not have the knowledge of Elohim. I speak this to your shame.  But someone might say, “How are the dead raised up? And with what body do they come?”  Senseless one! What you sow is not made alive unless it dies.  And as to what you sow: you do not sow the body which is to be, but a bare grain, it might be wheat or some other grain. But Elohim gives it a body as He wishes, and to each seed a body of its own.  All flesh is not the same flesh, but there is one flesh of men, and another flesh of beasts, and another of fishes, and another of birds.  And there are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, but the esteem of the heavenly is truly one, and the esteem of the earthly is another, one esteem of the sun, and another esteem of the moon, and another esteem of the stars – for star differs from star in esteem.  So also is the resurrection of the dead: it is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption;  it is sown in disrespect, it is raised in esteem; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power;  it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body; there is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.  And so it has been written, “The first man Aḏam became a living being,” the last Aḏam a life-giving Spirit.  The spiritual, however, was not first, but the natural, and afterward the spiritual.  The first man was of the earth, earthy; the second Man is the Master from heaven.  As is the earthy, so also are those who are earthy; and as is the heavenly, so also are those who are heavenly.  And as we have borne the likeness of the earthy, we shall also bear the likeness of the heavenly.  And this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood is unable to inherit the reign of Elohim, neither does corruption inherit incorruption.  See, I speak a secret to you: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,  in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.  For this corruptible has to put on incorruption, and this mortal to put on immortality. And when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall come to be the word that has been written, “Death is swallowed up in overcoming.” “O Death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your overcoming?” And the sting of death is the sin, and the power of the sin is the Torah.  But thanks to Elohim who gives us the overcoming through our Master יהושע Messiah.  Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Master, knowing that your labour is not in vain in the Master. ut the birth of יהושע Messiah was as follows: After His mother Miryam was engaged to Yosĕph, before they came together, she was found to be pregnant from the Set-apart Spirit.  And Yosĕph her husband, being righteous, and not wishing to make a show of her, had in mind to put her away secretly. But while he thought about this, see, a messenger of יהוה appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Yosĕph, son of Dawiḏ, do not be afraid to take Miryam as your wife, for that which is in her was brought forth from the Set-apart Spirit. “And she shall give birth to a Son, and you shall call His Name יהושע for He shall save1 His people from their sins.” Footnote: 1This is the precise meaning of the Heḇrew of His Name. And all this came to be in order to fill what was spoken by יהוה through the prophet, saying,  “See, a maiden shall conceive, and she shall give birth to a Son, and they shall call His Name Immanu’ĕl,” which translated, means, “Ěl with us.” And Yosĕph, awaking from his sleep, did as the messenger of יהוה commanded him and took his wife, but knew her not until she gave birth to her Son, the first-born. And he called His Name יהושע. “who committed no sin,1 nor was deceit found in His mouth,”who, being reviled, did not revile in return; suffering, did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously;  who Himself bore our sins in His body on the timber, so that we, having died to sins, might live unto righteousness1 – by whose stripes you were healed.  For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your lives.  What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life:  And the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and announce to you that everlasting life which was with the Father and was manifested to us.  We announce to you what we have seen and heard, so that you too might have fellowship with us. And truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son יהושע Messiah. And we write this to you in order that your joy might be complete.  And this is the message which we have heard from Him and announce to you, that Elohim is light and in Him is no darkness at all.  If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and are not doing the truth.  But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of יהושע Messiah His Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we are misleading ourselves, and the truth is not in us.  If we confess our sins, He is trustworthy and righteous to forgive us the sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Word is not in us. With what shall I come before יהוה, bow myself before the high Elohim? Shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old Is יהוה pleased with thousands of rams or ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I give my first-born for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my being?  He has declared to you, O man, what is good. And what does יהוה require of you but to do right, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your Elohim? See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of Elohim! For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved ones, now we are children of Elohim. And it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.  And everyone having this expectation in Him cleanses himself, as He is clean.  Everyone doing sin also does lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin.  Everyone staying in Him does not sin. Everyone sinning has neither seen Him nor known Him. Little children, let no one lead you astray. The one doing righteousness is righteous, even as He is righteous. The one doing sin is of the devil, because the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Elohim was manifested: to destroy the works of the devil. Everyone having been born of Elohim does not sin, because His seed stays in him, and he is powerless to sin, because he has been born of Elohim.  In this the children of Elohim and the children of the devil are manifest: Everyone not doing righteousness is not of Elohim,1 neither the one not loving his brother. Because this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another,  not as Qayin who was of the wicked one and killed his brother. And why did he kill him? Because his works were wicked but those of his brother were righteous.  Do not marvel, my brothers, if the world hates you. We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brothers. The one not loving his brother stays in death.  Everyone hating his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has everlasting life staying in him.  By this we have known love, because He laid down His life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his tender affections from him, how does the love of Elohim stay in him?  My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.  And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall set our hearts at rest before Him,  that if our heart condemns us, Elohim is greater than our heart, and knows all.  Beloved ones, if our heart does not condemn us, we have boldness toward Elohim.  And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we guard His commands and do what is pleasing in His sight. And this is His command, that we should believe in the Name of His Son יהושע Messiah and love one another, as He gave us command. And the one guarding His commands stays in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He stays in us, by the Spirit which He gave us  For the Torah, having a shadow of the good matters to come, and not the image itself of the matters, was never
