Iniquity

Part 3 of 3

Who is the liar, except the one denying that יהושע is the Messiah? This is the anti-messiah, the one denying the Father and the Son.

 (1Jo_2:23)

No one denying the Son has the Father. The one confessing the Son has the Father as well.

but he was rebuked for his transgression: a dumb donkey speaking with the voice of a man restrained the madness of the prophet.

Then יהוה opened the mouth of the donkey, and she said to Bilʽam, “What have I done to you, that you have beaten me these three times?” I have turned round, even my heart, to know and to search, and to seek out wisdom and a conclusion, to know the wrongness of folly, even of foolishness and madness. This is an evil in all that is done under the sun: there is one event to all. Truly the hearts of the sons of men are filled with evil, and madness is in their hearts while they live, and then – to the dead! The days of punishment have come, the days of retribution have come. Yisra’ĕl knows! The prophet is a fool, the ‘man of the Spirit’ is mad, because of the greatness of your crookedness, and great is the enmity. If, therefore, you have not been trustworthy in the unrighteous mammon, who shall entrust to you the true? “And punishing them often in all the congregations, I compelled them to blaspheme. And being exceedingly enraged against them, I persecuted them even to foreign cities. And while saying this in his defence, Festus said with a loud voice, “Sha’ul, you are mad! Much learning is turning you to madnes But Sha’ul said, “I am not mad, most excellent Festus, but I speak words of truth and sense.

Iniquity

INIQ'UITY, n. [L. iniquitas; in and oequitas, equity.]

1. Injustice; unrighteousness; a deviation from rectitude; as the iniquity of war; the iniquity of the slave trade.

2. Want of rectitude in principle; as a malicious prosecution originating in the iniquity of the author.

3. A particular deviation from rectitude; a sin or crime; wickedness; any act of injustice.

Your iniquities have separated between you and your God.

 Isa 59.

Look, the hand of יהוה has not become too short to save, nor His ear too heavy to hear.  But your crookednesses have separated you from your Elohim. And your sins have hidden His face from you, from hearing.  For your hands have been defiled with blood, and your fingers with crookedness; your lips have spoken falsehood, your tongue mutters unrighteousness. No one calls for righteousness, and no one pleads for truth. They trust in emptiness and speak worthlessness; they conceive trouble and bring forth wickedness.  They have hatched adders’ eggs and they weave the spider’s web. Whoever eats their eggs dies, and when one is broken an adder is hatched.  Their webs do not become garments, nor do they cover themselves with their works. Their works are works of wickedness, and a deed of violence is in their hands. Their feet run to evil, and they hurry to shed innocent blood. Their thoughts are thoughts of wickedness, wasting and ruin are in their highways.  The way of peace they have not known, and there is no right-ruling in their ways. They have made crooked paths for themselves, whoever treads in them shall not know peace. Therefore right-ruling has been far from us, and righteousness does not reach us. We look for light, but there is darkness; for brightness, but we walk in thick darkness!  We feel for the wall like the blind, and we feel as without eyes. At noon we stumble as at twilight, in deserted places, like the dead All of us growl like bears, and moan sadly like doves. We look for right-ruling, but there is none; for deliverance, but it is far from us.  For our transgressions have increased before You, and our sins witnessed against us. For our transgressions are with us, and as for our crookednesses, we know them:  transgressing, and being untrue to יהוה, and turning away from our Elohim, speaking oppression and apostasy, conceiving and pondering words of falsehood from the heart.  And right-ruling is driven back, and righteousness stands far off. For truth has fallen in the street, and right is unable to enter.  O you who are turning right-ruling to wormwood, and have cast down righteousness to the earth!” And the truth is lacking, and whoever turns away from evil makes himself a prey. And יהוה saw, and it displeased Him that there was no right-ruling.  And He saw that there was no man, and was astonished that there was no intercessor. So His own arm saved for Him, and His righteousness upheld him.  And He put on righteousness as a breastplate, and a helmet of deliverance on His head. And He put on garments of vengeance for clothing, and wrapped Himself with ardour as a mantle.According to their deeds, so He repays, wrath to His adversaries, recompense to His enemies. He repays recompense to the coastlands.  And they shall fear the Name of יהוה from the west, and His esteem from the rising of the sun, when He comes like a distressing stream which the Spirit of יהוה drives on.  “And the Redeemer shall come to Tsiyon, and to those turning from transgression in Yaʽaqoḇ,” declares יהוה.  “As for Me, this is My covenant with them,” said יהוה: “My Spirit that is upon you, and My Words that I have put in your mouth, shall not be withdrawn from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” said יהוה, “from this time and forever.”

I was shapen in iniquity. Psa 51.

Show me favour, O Elohim, According to Your kindness; According to the greatness of Your compassion, Blot out my transgressions. Wash me completely from my guilt, And cleanse me from my sin. For I know my transgressions, And my sin is ever before me.Against You, You alone, have I sinned, And done evil in Your eyes; That You might be proven right in Your words; Be clear when You judge. See, I was brought forth in crookedness, And in sin my mother conceived me See, You have desired truth in the inward parts, And in the hidden part You make me know wisdom Cleanse me with hyssop, and I am clean; Wash me, and I am whiter than snow Let me hear joy and gladness, Let the bones You have crushed rejoice. Hide Your face from my sins, And blot out all my crookednesses. Create in me a clean heart, O Elohim, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.Do not cast me away from Your presence, And do not take Your Set-apart Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your deliverance, And uphold me, Noble Spirit! Let me teach transgressors Your ways, So that sinners turn back to You. Deliver me from blood-guilt, O Elohim, Elohim of my deliverance, Let my tongue sing aloud of Your righteousness.O יהוה, open my lips, And that my mouth declare Your praise. For You do not desire slaughtering, or I would give it; You do not delight in burnt offering. The slaughterings of Elohim are a broken spirit, A heart broken and crushed, O Elohim, These You do not despise. Do good in Your good pleasure to Tsiyon; Build the walls of Yerushalayim. Then You would delight in slaughterings of righteousness, In burnt offering and complete burnt offering; Then young bulls would be offered on Your altar.

Act 11:26

. And the taught ones were called ‘Messianites’ first in Antioch.

The thoughts of our hearts are of utmost importance in our walk as Messianites,

Hear the prophet Daniel

So I set my face toward יהוה the Elohim to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes. And I prayed to יהוה my Elohim, and made confession, and said, “O יהוה, great and awesome Ěl, guarding the covenant and the kindness to those who love Him, and to those who guard His commands.  “We have sinned and did crookedness, and did wrong and rebelled, to turn aside from Your commands and from Your right-rulings.  “And we have not listened to Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your Name to our sovereigns, our heads, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land. “O יהוה, to You is the righteousness, and to us the shame of face, as it is this day – to the men of Yehuḏah, to the inhabitants of Yerushalayim and all Yisra’ĕl, those near and those far off in all the lands to which You have driven them, because of their trespass which they have trespassed against You.  “O Master, to us is the shame of face, to our sovereigns, to our heads, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against You.  “To יהוה our Elohim are the compassions and forgivenesses, for we have rebelled against Him. “And we have not obeyed the voice of יהוה our Elohim, to walk in His Torot, which He set before us through His servants the prophets.  “And all Yisra’ĕl have transgressed Your Torah, and turned aside, so as not to obey Your voice. So the curse and the oath written in the Torah of Mosheh the servant of Elohim have been poured out on us, for we have sinned against Him.   “And He has confirmed His words, which He spoke against us and against our rulers who     judged us, by bringing upon us great evil. For under all the heavens there has not been done

like what was done to Yerushalayim.  “As it is written in the Torah of Mosheh, all this evil has come upon us, and we have not entreated the face of יהוה our Elohim, to turn back from our crookednesses, and to study Your truth.  “Hence יהוה has watched over the evil and has brought it upon us. For יהוה our Elohim is righteous in all the works which He has done, but we have not obeyed His voice.  “And now, O יהוה our Elohim, who brought Your people out of the land of Mitsrayim with a strong hand, and made Yourself a Name, as it is this day – we have sinned, we have done wrong! “O יהוה, according to all Your righteousness, I pray, let Your displeasure and Your wrath be turned away from Your city Yerushalayim, Your set-apart mountain. For, because of our sins, and because of the crookednesses of our fathers, Yerushalayim and Your people have become a reproach to all those around us.  “And now, our Elohim, hear the prayer of Your servant, and his supplications, and for the sake of יהוה cause Your face to shine on Your set-apart place, which is laid waste“O my Elohim, incline Your ear and hear. Open Your eyes and see our wastes, and the city which is called by Your Name. For we do not present our supplications before You because of our righteous deeds, but because of Your great compassions.  “O יהוה, hear! O יהוה, forgive! O יהוה, listen and act! Do not delay for Your own sake, my Elohim, for Your city and Your people are called by Your Name.” And while I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Yisra’ĕl, and presenting my supplication before יהוה my Elohim for the set-apart mountain of my Elohim, while I was still speaking in prayer, the man Gaḇri’ĕl, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, came close to me, in swift flight about the time of the evening offering.  And he made me understand, and talked with me, and said, “O Dani’ĕl, I have now come forth to make you wise concerning understanding. “At the beginning of your supplications a word went out, and I have come to make it known, for you are greatly appreciated. So consider the word and understand the vision:  “Seventy weeks are decreed for your people and for your set-apart city, to put an end to the transgression, and to seal up sins, and to cover crookedness, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up vision and prophet, and to anoint the Most Set-apart. “Know, then, and understand: from the going forth of the command to restore and build Yerushalayim until Messiah the Prince is seven weeks and sixty-two weeks. It shall be built again, with streets and a trench, but in times of affliction.  “And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off and have naught. And the people of a coming prince shall destroy the city and the set-apart place. And the end of it is with a flood. And wastes are decreed, and fighting until the end.  “And he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week. And in the middle of the week he shall put an end to slaughtering and meal offering. And on the wing of abominations he shall lay waste, even until the complete end and that which is decreed is poured out on the one who lays waste

we need to guard our hearts, forgive those who have sinned against us asking the Yahweh’shua to help us to walk according to his ways, pray for those who have hurt us . never forget  what Yeshweh’shua  taught concerning forgiveness , You are  to forgive those who have sinned against you." Let not iniquity rob us of our goal, but let turmoil be replaced with peace that  comes over my heart. I know it to be the Ruach ha Kodesh  comforting me in the midst of the hurt and pain , mostly of iniquitous thoughts against my fellow man. I stand shortly before baptism and I know I cannot go to yahweh’shua without this deep search of my heart, what started out has a search of a meaning of a word, showed me the many sides of iniquity.

Without mercy I am totally, finally ruined and undone.

Remember, O יהוה, Your compassion and Your kindnesses, For they are from everlasting. Do not remember the sins of my youth, and my transgressions; According to Your kindness remember me, For Your goodness’ sake, O יהוה. But You, O יהוה, Master, Deal with me for Your Name’s sake; Because Your kindness is good, deliver me. Do with Your servant according to Your kindness, And teach me Your laws. And יהוה passed before him and proclaimed, “יהוה, יהוה, an Ěl compassionate and showing favour, patient, and great in kindness and truth, watching over kindness for thousands, forgiving crookedness and transgression and sin, but by no means leaving unpunished,. ‘יהוה is patient and of great kindness, forgiving crookedness and transgression.. “Please forgive the crookedness of this people, according to the greatness of Your kindness, as You have forgiven this people, from Mitsrayim even until now ‘For I am with you,’ declares יהוה, ‘to save you. Though I make a complete end of all gentiles where I have scattered you, yet I do not make a complete end of you. But I shall reprove you in judgment, and by no means leave you unpunished “To יהוה our Elohim are the compassions and forgivenesses, for we have rebelled against Him. O my Elohim, incline Your ear and hear. Open Your eyes and see our wastes, and the city which is called by Your Name. For we do not present our supplications before You because of our righteous deeds, but because of Your great compassions. Who is an Ěl like You – taking away crookedness and passing over the transgression of the remnant of His inheritance? He shall not retain His wrath forever, for He Himself delights in kindness. He shall turn back, He shall have compassion on us, He shall trample upon our crookednesses! And You throw all our sins into the depths of the sea! And the Torah came in beside, so that the trespass would increase. But where sin increased, favour increased still more so that as sin did reign in death, even so favour might reign through righteousness to everlasting life through יהושע Messiah our Master. to the praise of the esteem of His favour with which He favoured us in the Beloved, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of trespasses, according to the riches of His favour,  which He has lavished on us in all wisdom and insight, But Elohim, who is rich in compassion, because of His great love with which He loved us,  even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Messiah – by favour you have been saved –  and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenlies in Messiah יהושע,  in order to show in the coming ages the exceeding riches of His favour in kindness toward us in Messiah יהושע. But I, I enter Your house In the greatness of Your kindness; I bow myself toward Your set-apart Hĕḵal in Your fear. But as for me, my prayer is to You, O יהוה, At an acceptable time, O Elohim. In the greatness of Your kindness, Answer me in the truth of Your deliverance. Let not a flood of waters overflow me, Nor let the deep swallow me up, Nor let the pit shut its mouth on me. Our fathers in Mitsrayim did not understand Your wonders; They did not remember Your many kindnesses, But rebelled by the sea, the Sea of Reeds. And remember His covenant for their sake, And relent according to the greatness of His kindness. Let me recount the kindnesses of יהוה and the praises of יהוה, according to all that יהוה has done for us, and the great goodness toward the house of Yisra’ĕl, which He has done for them according to His compassion, and according to His many kindnesses. Look down from the heavens, and see from Your set-apart and comely dwelling. Where are Your ardour and Your might, the stirring of Your inward parts and Your compassion toward me? Are they withheld? Do not withhold Your compassion from me, O יהוה; Let Your kindness and Your truth always watch over me. Has Ěl forgotten to show favour? Has He shut up His compassions in displeasure? Selah. יהוה is good to all, And He has compassion on all His works. Hide Your face from my sins, And blot out all my crookednesses. “And do not cover over their crookedness, and do not let their sin be blotted out from before You, for they have provoked You before the builders.” “I, I am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake, and remember your sins no more. “I shall wipe out your transgressions like a cloud, and your sins like a mist. Return to Me, for I shall redeem you. But You, O יהוה, You know all their counsel against me, to slay me. Do not pardon their crookedness, nor blot out their sin from Your presence, and let them be overthrown before You. Deal with them in the time of Your displeasure. Repent therefore and turn back, for the blotting out of your sins, in order that times of refreshing might come from the presence of the Master, having blotted out the certificate of debt against us – by the dogmas – which stood against us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the stake.
