the knowledge he gives you , the lips of the righteous feed many
And they heard the sound of יהוה Elohim walking about in the garden in the
cool of the day, and Aḏam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of יהוה
Elohim among the trees of the garden. And יהוה Elohim called
unto Aḏam
and said to him, “Where are you?” And he said, “I heard Your
voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid myself.” And
He said, “Who made you know that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree of which I commanded you that you should
not eat?” And the man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me,
she gave me of the tree and I ate.” And יהוה Elohim said to the woman, “What is this you have done?” And the woman said, “The serpent
deceived me, and I ate.” And יהוה Elohim said
to the serpent, “Because you have done this, you are cursed more than all livestock and more than every beast of the
field. On your belly you are to go, and eat dust all the days of your life. “And I put enmity between you and the woman,
and between your seed and her Seed He shall crush your head, and you shall crush His heel.” To the woman He said, “I greatly increase your sorrow and your conception –
bring forth children in pain. And your desire is for your husband, and he does rule over you.” And to the man He said, “Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten of the
tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘Do not eat of it’: “Cursed is the ground because of you, in toil
you are to eat of it all the days of your life, and the ground shall bring
forth thorns and thistles for you, and you shall eat the plants of the field. “By
the sweat of your face you are to eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are,
and to dust you return.” No one has ever seen Elohim. The only brought-forth Son, who is in the bosom of the
Father, He did declare. “Not that anyone has seen the Father, except He who is from Elohim – He has seen the Father. No one has seen Elohim at any time. If we love one another, Elohim does stay in us,
and His love has been perfected in us. The pre-existent Son declared, and was the One who appeared to men. “And the
Father who sent Me, He bore witness of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form. “And the
Father who sent Me, He bore witness of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form“It has been
written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught by יהוה.’
Everyone, then, who has heard from the Father, and learned, comes to Me. In the sight of Elohim who gives life to all, and of Messiah
יהושע who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, I charge you: that you guard the command spotlessly, blamelessly, until the appearing of our Master
יהושע Messiah so that his
heart is not lifted up above his brothers, and so as not to turn aside from the command, right or left, so that he prolongs
his days in his reign, he and his children, in the midst of Yisra’ĕl. The orders of יהוה are straight, rejoicing the heart; The command of יהוה is clear, enlightening the eyes; which in His own seasons He shall reveal
– the blessed and only Ruler, the Sovereign of sovereigns and Master of masters, who alone has immortality, dwelling
in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or is able to see, to whom be respect and everlasting might. Amĕn. And out of the ground יהוה Elohim made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and good for food, with the tree of life in the
midst of the garden and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. And יהוה Elohim commanded the man, saying, “Eat
of every tree of the garden, but do not eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for in the day that you eat of
it you shall certainly die.” And יהוה Elohim said, “It is not good for the man to be alone, I am going to make a helper for him, as his counterpart.” And from the ground יהוה
Elohim formed every beast of the field and every bird of the heavens, and brought them to the man to see what he would call
them. And whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. So
the man gave names to all livestock, and to the birds of the heavens, and to every beast of the field. But for the man there
was not found a helper for him, as his counterpart. So יהוה
Elohim caused a deep sleep to fall on the man, and he slept. And He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. And the rib which יהוה
Elohim had taken from the man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man. And
the man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh. This one is called ‘woman,’ because she
was taken out of man.” For this cause a man shall leave his father and
mother, and cleave to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. And they were both naked, the man and his wife, yet they
were not ashamed. And
the serpent was more crafty than any beast of the field which יהוה Elohim had
made, and he said to the woman, “Is it true that Elohim has said, ‘Do not eat of every tree of the garden’?”
And the woman said to the serpent, “We are to eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden, but of the fruit of the tree
which is in the midst of the garden, Elohim has said, ‘Do not eat of it, nor touch it, lest you die.’ ” And the serpent said to the woman, “You shall certainly not die. “For
Elohim knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes shall be opened, and you shall be like Elohim, knowing good and evil.”
And the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise,
and she took of its fruit and ate. And she also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. Your words were found, and I ate them, and Your word was
to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart. For Your Name is called on me, O יהוה Elohim of hosts. “And you, son of man, hear what
I am speaking to you. Do not be rebellious like that rebellious house, open your mouth and eat what I am giving you.”And
He said to me, “Son of man, eat what you find, eat this scroll, and go, speak to the house of Yisra’ĕl.”
The words of a slanderer are like delicacies, And they go down into the inner parts of the heart. Do not eat the bread of
one having an evil eye, Nor desire his delicacies; A man’s stomach is satisfied From the fruit of his mouth;
He is satisfied with the increase of his lips.Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those loving it eat
its fruit. The lips of the righteous shepherd many, But fools die for lack of heart. and all ate the same spiritual food,
“Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, as it has been written, ‘He gave them bread out of the heaven to
eat.’ ” Therefore יהושע said to them, “Truly, truly, I say
to you, Mosheh did not give you the bread out of the heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread out of the heaven. “For the bread of Elohim is He who comes down out of the heaven and gives life
to the world.” So they said to Him, “Master, give us this bread always.”
And יהושע said to them, “I am the bread of
life. He who comes to Me shall not get hungry at all, and he who believes in Me shall not get thirsty at all. “But I said to you that you have seen Me, and still do not believe.
“All that the Father gives Me shall come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I shall by no means cast out. “Because
I have come down out of the heaven, not to do My own desire, but the desire of Him who sent Me. “This is the desire of the Father who sent Me, that all He has given Me I should not lose of it,
but should raise it in the last day. “And this is the desire of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and
believes in Him should possess everlasting life. And I shall raise him up in the last day.” Therefore the Yehuḏim
were grumbling against Him, because He said, “I am the bread which came down out of the heaven.” And they said, “Is not this יהושע,
the son of Yosĕph, whose father and mother we know? How is it then that He says, ‘I have come down out of the heaven’?”
Then יהושע answered and said to them, “Do not
grumble with one another. “No one is able to come to Me unless the Father
who sent Me draws him. And I shall raise him up in the last day. “It has been written in the prophets, ‘And they
shall all be taught by יהוה.’ Everyone, then,
who has heard from the Father, and learned, comes to Me. “Not that anyone has seen the Father, except He who is from
Elohim – He has seen the Father “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me possesses everlasting life.
“I am the bread of life. “Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness
and they died. “This is the bread which comes down out of the heaven, so that anyone might eat of it, and not die. “I am the living bread which came down out of the heaven. If anyone eats of
this bread, he shall live forever. And indeed, the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of
the world.” The Yehuḏim, therefore, were striving with one another, saying, “How is this One able to give us His flesh to eat?”
And as they
were eating, יהושע took bread, and having blessed, broke and gave it to the taught ones and said, “Take, eat,
this is My body.” And taking the cup, and giving thanks, He gave it to
them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. “For this is My blood, that of the renewed covenant, which is shed for
many for the forgiveness of sins. “But I say to you, I shall certainly
not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on till that day when I drink it anew with you in the reign of My Father.”
And having sung a song, they went out to the Mount of Olives. יהושע therefore said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of
Aḏam
and drink His blood, you possess no life in yourselves. “He who eats My
flesh and drinks My blood possesses everlasting life, and I shall raise him up in the last day. “For My flesh is truly food, and My blood is truly drink. “He
who eats My flesh and drinks My blood stays in Me, and I in him. “As the
living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me shall live because of Me “This is the bread which came down out of the heaven, not as your fathers ate the manna and died.
He who eats this bread shall live forever.” And
as they were eating, יהושע took bread, having blessed, broke it, gave it to them and said, “Take, eat, this is My body.
And taking the cup, giving thanks, He gave it to them, and they all drank from it. And He said to them, “This is My
blood, that of the renewed covenant, which is shed for many. “Truly, I say to you, I shall certainly no more drink of
the fruit of the vine till that day when I drink it anew in the reign of Elohim.” And taking the cup, giving thanks, He said, “Take this and divide it among yourselves, for I say to you, I shall certainly not drink of the fruit of the vine until the reign
of Elohim comes.” And taking bread, giving thanks, He broke it and gave
it to them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you, do this in remembrance of Me.” Likewise the cup also,
after supper, saying, “This cup is the renewed covenant in My blood which is shed for you. The fruit of the righteous
is a tree of life, And he who is winning lives is wise. who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom
no one has seen or is able to see, to whom be respect and everlasting might. Amĕn. “For as the Father possesses
life in Himself, so He gave also to the Son to possess life in Himself, And this is the message which we have heard from Him
and announce to you, that Elohim is light and in Him is no darkness at all. “Elohim is Spirit, and those who worship
Him need to worship in spirit and truth. Bless יהוה, O my being! O יהוה my Elohim, You have been very great: You have put on excellency and splendour, Covering Yourself
with light as with a garment, Stretching out the heavens like a curtain, Who is laying the beams of His upper rooms in the
waters, Who is making thick clouds His chariot, Who is walking on the wings of the wind,Making His messengers the winds, His
servants a flame of fire. He established the earth on its foundations, So that it would not totter forever, You covered it
with the deep as with a garment; The waters stood above the mountains. At Your rebuke they flee; At the voice of Your thunder
they hurry away. They go up the mountains; They go down the valleys, To the place which You founded for them. You did set
a boundary, they do not pass over, They do not return to cover the earth. Who is sending the springs into the valleys, They
flow among the hills. They give drink to every beast of the field; Wild donkeys break their thirst. The birds of the heavens
dwell beside them; They sing from between the branches. Watering the hills from His upper rooms; The earth is satisfied with
the fruit of Your works. Causing the grass to grow for the cattle, And plants for the service of mankind, To bring forth food
from the earth, And wine that makes glad the heart of man, Oil to make the face shine, And bread which sustains man’s
heart. The trees of יהוה are satisfied, The cedars of Leḇanon
which He planted, Where the birds do make nests; The stork has her home in the fir trees.The high hills are for wild goats;
Rocks a refuge for rock badgers. He made the moon for appointed times; The sun knows its going down. You put darkness, and
it is night, In it all the beasts of the forest creep. The young lions are roaring for prey, And seeking their food from Ěl.
The sun arises – they withdraw And lie down in their dens. Man goes out to his work, And to his labour, till evening.
O יהוה, how many have been Your works! You have made all of them in wisdom. The earth is filled with Your
possessions. There is the sea, great and wide, In which are innumerable swarms, Living creatures, small with great. There do
ships go; That Liwiathan which You made, to play there. All of them wait for You, To give their food in due season. You give
to them, they gather in; You open Your hand, they are satisfied with good.
You hide Your face, they are alarmed; You take away their breath, they die and return to their dust; You
send forth Your Spirit, they are created; And You renew the face of the earth. The esteem of יהוה is forever, יהוה rejoices in His works,
Who looks on the earth, and it trembles; He touches the mountains, and they smoke.I sing to יהוה as long as I live, I sing praise to my Elohim while I exist. My meditation on Him is sweet; I rejoice in יהוה.Let sinners be consumed from the earth, And let the wrong be no more. Bless יהוה, O my being! Praise Yah!
In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. Therefore יהושע spoke to them
again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall by no means walk in darkness, but possess the light of life יהושע answered, “Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not
stumble, because he sees the light of this world. “But if anyone walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light
is not in him.
“For as the Father possesses life in Himself,
so He gave also to the Son to possess life in Himself “He was the burning and shining lamp, and for a while you wished
to rejoice in his light. For the Torah of the Spirit of the life in Messiah יהושע
has set me free from the law of sin and of death.
And if Messiah is in you, the body is truly dead on account of sin, but the Spirit is life on account of righteousness. who
also made us competent as servants of a renewed covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit, for the letter kills but the
Spirit gives life. Because he who sows to his own flesh shall reap corruption from the flesh, but he who sows to the Spirit
shall reap everlasting life from the Spirit. in expectation of everlasting life which Elohim, who does not lie, promised before
times of old, “For as the Father possesses life in Himself, so He gave also to the Son to possess life in Himself, who
alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or is able to see, to whom be respect and everlasting
might. Amĕn. He answered them, “He who made me well said to me, ‘Take up your bed and walk.’ “For
as the Father possesses life in Himself, so He gave also to the Son to possess life in Himself For it was fitting for Him,
because of whom all are and through whom all are, in bringing many sons to esteem, to make the Princely Leader of their deliverance
perfect through sufferings. But we do see Him who was made for a little while lower than the messengers, יהושע, because of the suffering of death crowned with esteem and respect, that by the favour of Elohim
He should taste death for everyone. For ground that
is drinking the rain often falling on it, and is bearing plants fit for those by whom it is tilled, receives blessing from
Elohim, but if it brings forth thorns and thistles, it is rejected and near to
being cursed, and ends up by being burned. But although we speak in this way, beloved, we are persuaded, concerning you, of
better matters which possess deliverance. For Elohim is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love which you have
shown toward His Name, in that you have attended to the set-apart ones, and still attend. an emissary of יהושע Messiah by the desire of Elohim, according to the promise of life which is in Messiah יהושע, “He who believes in the Son possesses
everlasting life, but he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of Elohim remains on him. And this is
the witness: that Elohim has given us everlasting life, and this life is in His Son. He who possesses the Son possesses life,
he who does not possess the Son of Elohim does not possess life. I have written
this to you who believe in the Name of the Son of Elohim, so that you know that you possess everlasting life, and so that you believe in the Name of the Son of Elohim. And this is
the boldness that we have in Him, that if we ask whatever according to His desire, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked
of Him. If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin, not unto death, he shall ask,
and He shall give him life for those not sinning unto death. There is a sin unto death. I do not say that he should pray about
that. All unrighteousness is sin, and there is a sin not unto death. We know that everyone having been born of Elohim does
not sin,1 but the one having been born of Elohim guards himself, and the wicked one does not touch him. This is
the One that came by water and blood: יהושע
Messiah, not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is the Truth. Because there are three who bear witness: the
Spirit, and the water, and the blood. And the three are in agreement. If we receive
the witness of men, the witness of Elohim is greater, because this is the witness of Elohim which He has witnessed concerning
His Son . You are of Elohim, little
children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. We know that we are of Elohim,
and all the world lies in the wicked one. And we know that the Son of Elohim
has come and has given us an understanding, so that we might know the true One. And we are in the true One, in His Son יהושע Messiah. This is the true Elohim and everlasting life. Little children,
keep yourselves from idols. Amĕn. Therefore, my beloved ones, flee from idolatry. For the wages of sin is death, but the favourable gift of Elohim is everlasting life in Messiah
יהושע our Master. יהושע said to him, “I am the Way, and the
Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. You search the Scriptures, because you think you possess everlasting life in them. And these are the ones that bear
witness of Me. “But you do not desire to come to Me in order to possess
life. “I do not receive esteem from men,
but I know you, that you do not have the love of Elohim in you. “I have come in My Father’s Name and you do not receive Me, if another comes in his own name,
him you would receive.who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called Elohim or that is worshipped, so that
he sits as Elohim in the Dwelling Place of Elohim, showing himself that he is Elohim. “How are you able to believe,
when you are receiving esteem from one another, and the esteem that is from the only Elohim you do not seek?“Do not
think that I shall accuse you to the Father. There is one who accuses you: Mosheh, in whom you have set your expectation. “For if you believed Mosheh, you would have believed Me,
since he wrote about Me. “But if you do not believe his writings, how shall you believe My words?” And it came to be, as they were parting from Him,
Kĕpha said to יהושע, “Master, it is
good for us to be here. And let us make three booths: one for You, and one for Mosheh, and one for Ěliyahu,” not
knowing what he said. , “But
he said to him, ‘If they do not hear Mosheh and the prophets, neither would they be persuaded even if one should rise
from the dead.’ Remember the Torah of Mosheh, My servant, which I commanded him in Ḥorĕḇ for all Yisra’ĕl – laws and right-rulings. “See, I am sending you Ěliyah the prophet
before the coming of the great and awesome day of יהוה.
“And
he shall go before Him in the spirit and power of Ěliyahu, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,’
and the disobedient to the insight of the righteous, to make ready a people prepared for יהוה.” You have sent to Yoḥanan, and he bore witness
to the truth. “But I do not receive witness from man, but I say this in
order that you might be saved. “He was the burning and shining lamp, and
for a while you wished to rejoice in his light. “Truly,
truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me possesses everlasting life. “I am the bread of life. “Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness and they died.
“This is the bread which comes down out of the heaven, so that anyone might eat of it, and not die. “I
am the living bread which came down out of the heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he shall live forever. And indeed, the
bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.”
יהושע therefore said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of
Aḏam
and drink His blood, you possess no life in yourselves. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood possesses everlasting life,
and I shall raise him up in the last day. “For My flesh is truly food,
and My blood is truly drink. “He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood stays in Me, and I in him יהושע
therefore said to them again, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep-“All who came before Me
are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. “I am the door. Whoever enters through Me, he shall be saved,
and shall go in and shall go out and find pasture. “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. They are those who were not defiled with women, for they are maidens. They are those
following the Lamb wherever He leads them on. They were redeemed from among men, being first-fruits to Elohim and to
the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no falsehood, for they are blameless before the throne of Elohim. “And I give
them everlasting life, and they shall by no means ever perish, and no one shall snatch them out of My hand. “My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all. And no one is able to snatch them out
of My Father’s hand. “I
and My Father are one. “And I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You.
Set-apart Father, guard them in Your Name which You have given Me, so that they
might be one, as We are. “I and My Father are one.” so that they all might
be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You, so that they too might be one in Us, so that the world might believe that
You have sent Me. “And the esteem which You gave Me I have given them, so that they might be one as We are one, “I in them, and You in Me, so that they might be perfected into one, so that
the world knows that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me. Again the Yehuḏim picked up stones
to stone Him. יהושע answered them,
“Many good works I have shown you from My Father. Because of which of these works do you stone Me?” The Yehuḏim
answered Him, saying, “We do not stone You for a good work, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself
Elohim.” יהושע answered them, “Is it not written in your own Torah, ‘I said, “You are elohim” ’? “If He called them elohim, to whom the word of Elohim came – and it is
impossible for the Scripture to be broken – do you say of Him whom the
Father set apart and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of Elohim’? “If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me; but if I do, though you do not believe Me, believe the works, so that you know and believe that the Father
is in Me, and I in Him.” Therefore they were seeking again to seize Him, but He went forth out of their hand, and went once more to the other side of the Yardĕn to the place where Yoḥanan was immersing at first, and
there He stayed. And many came to Him and said, “Yoḥanan indeed did
no sign, yet all that Yoḥanan said about this Man was true.” And many believed in Him there. said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he dies,
he shall live. But you killed the Prince of life, whom Elohim raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses. And the Torah came in beside, so that the trespass would increase.
But where sin increased, favour increased still more, that as sin did reign in death, even so favour might reign through righteousness
to everlasting life through יהושע Messiah our Master. And
he prepared the Speaking Place in the midst of the House, to place the ark of the covenant of יהוה there. And out of the ground יהוה Elohim made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and good for food, with the tree of life
in the midst of the garden and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. “And you shall make a lid of atonement of clean gold, two and a half cubits long and a cubit and a half wide.
“And you shall make two keruḇim of gold, make them of beaten work, at the two ends of the lid of atonement. “And make one keruḇ at one end, and the other keruḇ at the other end.
Make the keruḇim from the lid of atonement, at its two ends. “And the keruḇim
shall be spreading out their wings above, covering the lid of atonement with their wings, with their faces toward each other,
the faces of the keruḇim turned toward the lid of atonement. “And you shall put the lid of atonement
on top of the ark, and put into the ark the Witness which I give you. Yoḥanan, to the seven assemblies that
are in Asia: Favour to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is coming, and from the seven Spirits that are before
His throne, and from יהושע Messiah, the trustworthy witness, the first-born from the dead, and the ruler of the sovereigns
of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and
has made us sovereigns and priests to His Elohim and Father, to Him be esteem and rule forever and ever. Amĕn. “To him who overcomes I shall give to sit with Me on My
throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne After this I looked and saw a door having been opened
in the heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here and I shall
show you what has to take place after this.” And immediately I came to
be in the Spirit and saw a throne set in the heaven, and One sat on the throne. And He who sat there was like a jasper and
a ruby stone in appearance. And there was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald in appearance. And when the living
creatures give esteem and respect and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders
fall down before Him who sits on the throne and bow before Him who lives forever and ever, and
they cast their crowns before the throne, saying, “You are worthy, O יהוה, to receive esteem and respect and power, for You have created all,
and because of Your desire they are, and were created.” And I looked and saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders
a Lamb standing, as having been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of Elohim sent out into
all the earth. And He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him sitting on the throne. And when He took the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the
Lamb, each holding a harp, and golden bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of the set-apart ones. And they sang
a renewed song, saying, “You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its seals, because You were slain, and have
redeemed us to Elohim by Your blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and made us sovereigns and priests
to our Elohim, and we shall reign upon the earth.” ‘Then the set-apart ones of the Most High shall receive the
reign, and possess the reign forever, even forever and ever.’ “Then
I desired for certainty concerning the fourth beast, which was different from all the others, very fearsome, with its teeth
of iron and its nails of bronze, which devoured, crushed, and trampled down the rest with its feet, and concerning the ten horns that were on its head, and of the other horn that came up, before which
three fell – this horn which had eyes and a mouth which spoke great words, whose appearance was greater than
his fellows. “I was looking, and this horn was fighting against the set-apart ones, and was prevailing against them, until the Ancient of Days came, and right-ruling was given to the set-apart ones of
the Most High, and the time came and the set-apart ones took possession of the reign. “This is what he said, ‘The
fourth beast is the fourth reign on earth, which is different from all other reigns, and it devours all the earth, tramples
it down and crushes it. ‘And the ten horns are ten sovereigns from this reign. They shall rise, and another shall rise
after them, and it is different from the first ones, and it humbles three sovereigns,
and it speaks words against the Most High, and it wears out the set-apart ones of the Most High, and it intends to
change appointed times and law, and they are given into its hand for a time and times and half a time. Let no one deceive
you in any way, because the falling away is to come first, and the man of lawlessness is to be revealed, the son of destruction,
How you have fallen from the heavens, O Hĕlĕl, son of the morning! You have been cut down to the ground, you who
laid low the gentiles! who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called
Elohim or that is worshipped, so that he sits as Elohim in the Dwelling Place of Elohim, showing himself that he is Elohim.
Do you not remember that I told you this while I was still with you? And now you know what restrains, for him to be revealed
in his time. For the secret of lawlessness is already at work – only until
he who now restrains comes out of the midst. And then the lawless one shall be
revealed, whom the Master shall consume with the Spirit of His mouth and bring to naught with the manifestation of His coming. The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all
power and signs and wonders of falsehood, and with all deceit of unrighteousness
in those perishing, because they did not receive the love of the truth, in order for them to be saved. And for this reason
Elohim sends them a working of delusion, for them to believe the falsehood, “And I also gave them up to laws that were
not good, and right-rulings by which they would not live “So I gave them over to their own stubborn heart, To walk in
their own counsels. and His breath shall be as an overflowing stream, which reaches up to the neck, to sift the nations with
a sieve of falsehood, and a misleading bridle on the jaws of the peoples. “For
look, I am commanding, and I shall sift the house of Yisra’ĕl among all the gentiles, as one sifts with a sieve,
yet not a grain falls to the ground.“So Elohim turned and gave them up to worship the host of the heaven, as it has been written in the book of the Prophets, ‘Did
you bring slaughtered beasts and offerings unto Me during forty years in the wilderness, O house of Yisra’ĕl? Therefore Elohim gave them up to uncleanness in the lust of their hearts, to disrespect
their bodies among themselves, who changed the truth of Elohim into the falsehood, and worshipped and served what was created
rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amĕn. Because of this Elohim gave them over to degrading passions. For
even their women exchanged natural relations for what is against nature, and
likewise, the men also, having left natural relations with woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing
indecency, and receiving back the reward which was due for their straying. And even as they did not think it worth- while
to possess the knowledge of Elohim, Elohim gave them over to a worthless mind, to do what is improper,
And for this reason Elohim sends them a working of delusion, for them to believe the falsehood And יהושע said, “For judgment I have come into this world, that those not
seeing might see, and those seeing might become blind.” He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, so that they should not see with their eyes and understand with
their heart, and turn, and I should heal them.” for the heart of this people has become thickened, and their ears are
hard of hearing, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, lest they
should understand with their heart, and turn back, and I heal them.’ in
order that all should be judged who did not believe the truth, but have delighted in the unrighteousness. “And then
I shall declare to them, ‘I never knew you, depart from Me, you who work lawlessness! “But beware of the false
prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are savage wolves. and the lawless “believers”
“The Son of Aḏam shall send out His messengers, and they shall gather out of
His reign all the stumbling-blocks, and those doing lawlessness, ‘But the Judgement shall sit, and they shall take away
its rule, to cut off and to destroy, until the end. ‘And the reign, and the rulership, and the greatness of the reigns
under all the heavens, shall be given to the people, the set-apart ones of the Most High. His reign is an everlasting reign,
and all rulerships shall serve and obey Him.’And I looked, and I heard the voice of many messengers around the throne,
and the living creatures, and the elders. And the
number of them was myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb having
been slain to receive power and riches and wisdom, and strength and respect and esteem and blessing!” And every creature which is in the heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea,
and all that are in them, I heard saying, “To Him sitting on the throne, and to the Lamb, be the blessing and the respect
and the esteem and the might, forever and ever!” And the four living creatures
said, “Amĕn!” And the twenty-four elders fell down and bowed before Him who lives forever and ever. And when
the living creatures give esteem and respect and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever, And I looked
and saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders a Lamb standing, as having
been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of Elohim sent out into all the earth. After this
I looked and saw a great crowd which no one was able to count, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing
before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes, and palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Deliverance belongs to our Elohim who sits on the throne,
and to the Lamb!” And all the messengers stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell
on their faces before the throne and worshipped Elohim, saying, “Amĕn!
The blessing, and the esteem, and the wisdom, and the thanksgiving, and the respect, and the power, and the might, to our
Elohim forever and ever. Amĕn.” “Because of this they are before the throne of Elohim, and serve Him day
and night in His Dwelling Place. And He who sits on the throne shall spread His Tent over them. “They shall hunger
no more, neither thirst any more, neither shall the sun strike them, nor any heat, because the Lamb who is in the midst of
the throne shall shepherd them and lead them to fountains of waters of life. And Elohim shall wipe away every tear from their
eyes.” And יהוה spoke to Mosheh,
saying,“Speak to the children of Yisra’ĕl, and take from them a rod from each father’s house, all their
leaders according to their fathers’ houses, twelve rods. Write each one’s name on his rod, and write Aharon’s name on the rod of Lĕwi, for there is one rod for the head of each father’s
house. “You shall then place them in the Tent of Meeting before the Witness, where I meet with you. “And it shall
be that the rod of the man whom I choose buds, and I shall rid Myself of the grumblings of the children of Yisra’ĕl,
which they grumble against you.” And Mosheh spoke to the children of Yisra’ĕl,
and all their leaders gave him a rod each, for each leader according to their fathers’ houses, twelve rods. And the
rod of Aharon was among their rods. So Mosheh placed the rods before יהוה in the Tent of the Witness. And it came to be on the next day that Mosheh went into the Tent of the Witness
and saw that the rod of Aharon, of the house of Lĕwi, had budded, and brought forth buds, and blossomed and bore ripe
almonds. And Mosheh brought out all the rods from before יהוה to all the children of Yisra’ĕl. And they looked, and each man took his rod. And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Bring
Aharon’s rod back before the Witness, to be kept as a sign against the rebels, so that you put an end to their grumblings
against Me, lest they die.” And Mosheh did as יהוה had commanded him, so he did. And the children of Yisra’ĕl spoke to Mosheh, saying, “See,
we shall die, we shall perish, we shall all perish! “Anyone who comes near the Dwelling Place of יהוה dies. Shall we be consumed – to die?” Now the first covenant indeed had regulations of worship and the earthly set-apart
place. For a Tent was prepared: the first part, in which was the lampstand, and
the table, and the showbread, which is called the Set-apart Place. And after the second veil, the part of the Tent which is
called Most Set-apart, to which belonged the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid on all sides with gold, in
which were the golden pot that held the manna, and the rod of Aharon that budded, and the tablets of the covenant, and above it the keruḇim of esteem were overshadowing the place of atonement
– about which we do not now speak in detail. So in every way He had to be made like His brothers, in order to become
a compassionate and trustworthy High Priest in matters related to Elohim, to make atonement for the sins of the people. Therefore,
set-apart brothers, partakers of the heavenly calling, closely consider the Emissary and High Priest of our confession, Messiah
יהושע, Therefore, since we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, יהושע the Son of Elohim, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest unable to sympathize
with our weaknesses, but One who was tried in all respects as we are, apart from sin.
Therefore, let us come boldly to the throne of favour, in order to receive compassion, and find favour for timely help.
For every priest taken from among men
is appointed on behalf of men in matters relating to Elohim, to offer both gifts and offerings for sins, being able to have a measure of feeling for those not knowing and being led astray, since he himself is
also surrounded by weakness. And on account of this he has to offer for sins – as for the people, so also for himself. And no one obtains this esteem for himself, but he who is called by Elohim, even as
Aharon also was. So also the Messiah did not extol Himself to become High Priest, but it was He who said to Him, “You
are My Son, today I have brought You forth. For to which of the messengers did He ever say, “You are My Son, today I
have brought You forth”?And again, “I shall be to Him a Father, and He shall be to Me a Son”? “I inscribe
for a law: יהוה has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have brought You forth I am to be his Father, and he is My son. If he
does perversely, I shall reprove him with the rod of men and with the blows of the sons of men. As He also says in another place, “You are a priest forever according to the order of Malkitseḏeq,” יהוה has sworn and does not relent, “You
are a priest forever According to the order of Malkitseḏeq.”who, in the days of His flesh, when He had offered up prayers and petitions
with strong crying and tears to Him who was able to save Him from death, and was heard because of His reverent fear, though
being a Son, He learned obedience by what He suffered. And having been perfected,
He became the Causer of everlasting deliverance to all those obeying Him, having
been designated by Elohim a High Priest “according to the order of Malkitseḏeq,” concerning whom we have much to say, and hard to explain, since you have become dull
of hearing. For they indeed became priests without an oath, but He became Priest with an oath by Him who said to Him,
“יהוה has sworn and shall not regret, ‘You are a priest forever according
to the order of Malkitseḏeq.’ ” By as much as this יהושע has become a guarantor of a better covenant. And indeed, those that became priests were many, because they were prevented by death from continuing, but He, because He remains forever, has an unchangeable priesthood. Therefore He is also able to save completely those who draw near to Elohim through Him, ever living to
make intercession for them. For it was fitting that we should have such a High Priest – kind, innocent, undefiled, having
been separated from sinners, and exalted above the heavens, who does not need, as those high priests, to offer up slaughter
offerings day by day, first for His own sins and then for those of the people, for this He did once for all when He
offered up Himself. For the Torah appoints as high priests men who have weakness, but the word of the oath which came after
the Torah, appoints the Son having been perfected forever. Now the summary of what we are saying is: We have such a High Priest,
who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Greatness in the heavens, and who serves in the set-apart place and of
the true Tent, which יהוה set up, and not man. For every high priest
is appointed to offer both gifts and slaughters. So it was also necessary for this One to have somewhat to offer. For if indeed
He were on earth, He would not be a priest, since there are priests who offer the gifts according to the Torah, who serve
a copy and shadow of the heavenly, as Mosheh was warned when he was about to make the Tent. For He said, “See that you
make all according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.” But now He
has obtained a more excellent service, inasmuch as He is also Mediatorof a better covenant, which was constituted on better
promises. For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place
would have been sought for a second. For finding fault with them, He says, “See, the days are coming,” says יהוה, “when I shall conclude with the house of Yisra’ĕl
and with the house of Yehuḏah a renewed covenant, not according to the covenant that I made
with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Mitsrayim, because they did
not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them,” says יהוה.
“Because this is the covenant that I shall make with the house of Yisra’ĕl after those days, says יהוה, giving My laws in their mind, and I shall write them on their hearts, and I shall be their Elohim,
and they shall be My people. “And they shall by no means teach each one
his neighbour, and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know יהוה,’
because they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them. “Because
I shall forgive their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawlessnesses
I shall no longer remember.”“See,
the days are coming,” declares יהוה, “when
I shall make a new covenant with the house of Yisra’ĕl and with the house of Yehuḏah not like the covenant I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land
of Mitsrayim, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them,” declares יהוה. “For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Yisra’ĕl after those days, declares
יהוה: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their
Elohim, and they shall be My people. “And no longer shall they teach, each
one his neighbour, and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know יהוה,’
for they shall all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares יהוה. “For I shall forgive their crookedness, and remember their sin no more.” “This is the covenant that I shall make with them after those days, says יהוה, giving My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I shall write them,”
and, “Their sins and their lawlessnesses I shall remember no more.” For finding fault with them, He says, “See, the days are coming,” says יהוה, “when I shall conclude with the house of Yisra’ĕl and with the house of Yehuḏah
a renewed covenant, not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers
in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Mitsrayim, because they did not continue in My covenant,
and I disregarded them,” says יהוה. “Because this is the covenant that I shall make with the house of Yisra’ĕl after those
days, says יהוה, giving My laws in their mind, and I shall
write them on their hearts, and I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people.
“And they shall by no means teach each one his neighbour, and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know יהוה,’ because they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them. “Because
I shall forgive their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawlessnesses I shall no longer
remember. By saying, ‘renewed,’ He has made the first old. Now what becomes old and growing aged is near disappearing.
And Mosheh said, “This is the word which יהוה
